Responsibilities:
• Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis/Verbal Behavior therapy sessions with learners
in both intensive teaching settings and natural home or community environments.
• Implement prescribed Behavior Intervention Plan and Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Participate in lesson planning, parent training, team meetings, and client
observations.
• Maintain organized data books, ensuring the collection of prescribed data during
each session, and create daily data graphs to track progress
• Attend all trainings, staff meetings, other professional workshops and charitable/
marketing events as requested by the Executive Director
• Leads a team of 5 therapists and supervises program progress.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or closely
related field.
• 4 months of experience in the field of special education industry. Intern is
acceptable.
• Supervise the work of Psychiatric Technicians.
