Job Description/Requirements:

Conduct ABA/VB therapy sessions with learners in intensive teaching sessions and in the Natural
Environment in the clinic, home/community
Implement prescribed BTP’s and ITP’s
Participate in lesson planning with Supervisors
Participate in parent trainings, team meetings, client observations
Organize all materials for teaching before each session
Organize data books, take prescribed data each session and graph data daily
Keep all work areas neat, clean and organized
Punctual for sessions and meets all deadlines for paperwork
Renders appointments accurately and in a timely manner
Attend all trainings, staff meetings, other professional workshops and charitable/ marketing events as requested by the Clinical Director.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience working with a variety of learners in either a special education classroom or an
ABA based program, preferably VB
Good communication skills
Transportation, clean driving record, car insurance (in-home)
Highly motivated and loves children
Good behavior analytic skills
Accepts feedback well
Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsible
Punctual
Works well with others/ good team member
