Josh graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology as a 4-year letter winner in collegiate football. After graduation, he began working with children and adults on the Autism spectrum as a 1:1 teaching assistant in-home and in-school, concentrating in ABA therapy. He is in the process of finishing pre-requisite course work for Syracuse University to complete his M.S. in Early Childhood Special Education, while also beginning to receive supervision to sit for his BCBA exam in 2018. Josh moved to Austin from New York in September of 2017 to work at CTAC.
